Reading positive thoughts on a daily basis can be a reminder to keep a positive attitude. Reading positive thoughts can also change your mood.

Your mind is like a parachute...it functions only when open.

Thank you for stopping by. I'd be lying if I didn't say reading positive thoughts and affirmations didn't help me...they do and when you 'believe' in them, your whole attitude can change and keep you motivated to carry on...

You're absolutely right. To this day, I am proud to say that people tell me how amazed they are/were on the fact that I never (at least in public) got down about my situation - I never showed signs of depression - and always had a positive outlook.

That was only possible because I read positive affirmations daily...and I do mean daily. "If you dream it, you can achieve it". And, I believe, the same can work for those with health issues...as depression only deepens the illness.
